Our Mission

Our mission is to inspire, empower, and support parents and families of children struggling with Yiddishkeit and emotional challenges. I am proud and grateful to belong to Kesher Nafshi. It's not just an organization. It's my family, my backbone, my support system. I owe them everything.

Kesher Nafshi taught me something I still return to: asking for help is not weakness. It is courage. It is connection. And sometimes, the most healing thing is being seen and understood by someone who is walking a similar road.

With each (Kesher Nafshi) Shabbaton, I continue to gain and grow. My husband and I brought home so many new tools to help us understand, not only our teens that were struggling, but our "maninstream" kids as well. On top of all that, we gained so much on understanding ourselves, our childhood reactions, our own pain and rejection, and our healing journey to help our children.

KESHER NAFSHI WORKS!!!
DON'T GIVE UP!!!
Thank you to Kesher Nafshi and to all the staff and people we have met through this journey that have helped us through our journey.

Ever since you have joined Kesher Nafshi, I have noticed that both you, Daddy and Mommy, have grown so much and become better parents, I have seen how much closer we've become and I've seen how much we have grown together. And you and Daddy have grown closer. It takes work, growing takes work. I respect this.
